Returns & Refunds. We want you and your dog to love your Toro Paws bowl. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Our 30-day promise. If you're not happy, email us within 30 days of delivery at tatianarejes@toropaws.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or full refund and cover return shipping. Please don't give a clearly damaged item to your pet.

Changed your mind. You may return a bowl within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Because our bowls are food-contact items, change-of-mind returns must be clean, unused, and in their original packaging for hygiene reasons. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to start a return. Email tatianarejes@toropaws.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll send return instructions and an address. Items returned without contacting us first may not be eligible.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you and issue any approved refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Non-returnable. Gift cards and items marked "final sale" cannot be returned.
