Terms of Service. Welcome to Toro Paws, operated by Rejes Enterprise LLC ("Toro Paws," "we," "us"). By using our website or buying our products, you agree to these terms.
Our products. We aim to describe products and pricing accurately but don't guarantee every description, price, or image is error-free. We may correct errors, change prices, update information, and refuse or cancel any order (for example, a mispriced or unavailable item). If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.
Safe and proper use. Toro Paws products are pet feeding products, not toys or chew toys. Please: supervise your dog, especially at first use; choose the right size; never leave a dog unattended with any feeding product; inspect regularly and stop using and replace the product if it becomes damaged, torn, or shows loose or bitten-off pieces, which can pose a choking or ingestion hazard; remove any clip or accessory before giving the product to your dog; and clean before first use. You are responsible for using our products safely and as intended.
Warranty. Beyond our 30-day satisfaction promise and any consumer-protection rights that can't be waived, our products are provided "as is," without other warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rejes Enterprise LLC's total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injury to pets, people, or property, arising from misuse, alteration, or use not in line with these terms and our guidance. Some places don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
