Shipping policy
Processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll get a confirmation email, and a tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery estimates. Shipping times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. We aren't responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our hands.
Pre-orders. Some items may be offered for pre-order or reservation before production. For these, we'll email our list the expected ship window before charging or shipping — we don't promise a firm ship date until production is scheduled.
Correct address. Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't cover reshipping for packages lost or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier marks a package delivered, responsibility passes to you. If a package is lost in transit, email and we'll help you open a carrier claim.
International orders. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices.
